JOB DESCRIPTION: Half Time Weekend Receptionist
TEARS Animal Rescue is looking for a Half Time Weekend Receptionist in Sunnydale.
Responsibilties:
- Make sure the Entrance Workplace setting creates a optimistic model first impression on guests.
- Present first-contact knowledgable interplay with members of the general public and/or suppliers calling on the TEARS Workplaces.
- Course of administrative duties related to incoming and outgoing animals.
- Conduct telephonic interactions with members of the general public and/or purchasers/suppliers.
- Carry out miscellaneous clerical duties as required.
Undertake administration of Volunteer Programme.
