At 7:25 am on July 24-2023, David Bell discovered a Northern Parula at Cape Calver on the jap aspect of Rocky Level Hen Observatory in Metchosin. He was in a position to take some digiscoped images together with his binoculars.
The hen continued in the identical location on Aug 4th.
The placement will not be open to the general public and is restricted entry.
